Liaise with public and private sector stakeholders and build strategic partnerships to support capacity-building initiatives, identify target audiences, and ensure effective engagement for change programs.
Plan and execute structured change management trainings, workshops, seminars, stakeholder sessions, and represent the organization in B2B events and trade shows in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Identify outreach opportunities and generate leads to expand the reach and effectiveness of change initiatives.
Develop well-researched concept notes, presentations, and change communication materials.
Create, update, and maintain user manuals and implementation guides for all deployed modules in collaboration with subject matter experts, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Assist the Manager in developing and implementing change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication planning, readiness assessment, and end-user training frameworks.
Facilitate and moderate change-related sessions with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment, participation, and adoption.
Prepare monthly progress reports for the Manager, including key achievements, stakeholder engagement updates, challenges, and data-driven insights.
Requirements
A minimum of 16 years of education, with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in communication, stakeholder management, or a similar field.
Strong knowledge and experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
Familiarity with project management approaches and the software development lifecycle.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
