Assistant Manager Civil - Lahore

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager Civil to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil construction projects. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and site activities while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role requires strong technical expertise in civil engineering, project management, cost estimation, feasibility analysis, and site supervision. The ideal candidate will work closely under the supervision of Manager Civil with contractors, labor staff, operators, and management to ensure projects are completed efficiently.

Education: BSc/BE Civil Engineering (Preferably from UET Lahore)

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

• Field visit required & Strong knowledge of field/Finishing works.
• AutoCAD + Civil Estimator will be highly preferred.
• Hands-on ground experience in a construction company is required.
• Strong project planning, coordination, & execution skills.
• Excellent knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
