We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Risk & Compliance

Are you a seasoned Risk & Compliance professional with strong expertise in ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and Business Continuity Management (BCM)? This could be the right opportunity for you!

Role: Assistant Manager – Risk & Compliance
Industry: eCommerce / ITES

Key Highlights of the Role:
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, legal and statutory requirements
Lead Risk Management, Internal Audits, and Vendor Risk Assessments
Own and drive the BCM framework (ISO 22301) including BIA and recovery planning
Oversee Data Privacy & Security Compliance (GDPR and related regulations)
Partner with cross-functional teams and act as SPOC for audits and regulators
Drive compliance training and awareness across the organization

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Risk & Compliance (eCommerce / ITES preferred)
Strong hands-on exposure to audits, risk assessments, BCM, and investigations Certifications like ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer are a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
