About the role:
You will be responsible for promoting and enchasing the use of data analytics within the organization and ensure development and delivery of insights and models to answer business questions. You should understand, identify and position data analytical solutions & services that are aligned with the strategic vision of Telenor's Business. You will work in close coordination with BI, Segments and other Business Units to help them in achieving their KPIs efficiently and to address their problems through enhanced use of insights.
Your Impactful Goals will include
:
Ensure end to end smooth implementation of the campaigns/programs for each initiative and analyze campaign results and make the required adjustments to ensure targets are successfully met.
Effectively monitor live campaigns to ensure that they are working according to the defined logic and delivering a rich customer experience.
Efficiently involve stakeholders to align plans with internal teams, supporting company KPIs and ensuring consistent visibility. Collaborate closely with stakeholder teams to comprehend and address their needs, implementing optimal campaign solutions, and maintaining transparent communication to meet agreed service levels, ensuring timely campaign launch and providing visibility for decision-making.
Share post campaign results with a view to improve campaign design / target market selection / value offered etc. Analyze commercial impact of BTL programs on product penetration, ARPU and incremental value delivered. Define analyses of the prepaid base to identify opportunities to apply products and tariffs to maximize lifetime value.
Ensure sharing of best practices and learnings through periodic, formal platforms of cross-sharing with teams involved in the value chain.
Perform campaigns analysis and have expertise in identifying opportunities and develop a framework to provide holistic visibility around campaigns to enable management with decision making.
Ensure customer communication governance model under ownership of CVMA.
Create actionable roadmap and implement latest insights and trends in the industry as well as digging deep into the customer behaviors and finding the optimal offers to deliver CVM strategy.
Base Management (Engagement, Lifecycle, value proposition and Churn etc.) alongside product management of BTL Products & Whitelisted Offers
Promote the utilization of CVMA as a strategic tool for retention, lifecycle management, ARPU enhancement and to increase customer life time value (CLV).
Your Typical day at work:

Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within the organization and develop/enhance the culture of utilizing Business Insights across the organization

Understanding data based decision making through strong interest in analytical thinking. A good understanding of Marketing, Statistics, Economics and Brands

Close co-ordination with other functional units e.g. Data Science Team, Business Intelligence, Segments, Technology, S&D and other commercial stakeholders

Work with different segments and analytic teams to equip CVMA with tools like behavioral segmentation, churn prediction models, social network analysis, cross sell/up-sell models, new data sourcing to improve quality of campaigns.

Effectively engage stake holders and provide them with the required visibility at agreed frequency.

Prepare and conduct performance reviews sessions with management and investiagte any unusual data trends

Assist in development and implementation of CVMA strategy & roadmap and align it with organizational KPIs.
What we are looking for?
Education: MBA, BS/BBA (Majors in computer science, finance, marketing, statistics)
Work experience:
-
Campaign Management 2-3 years (Preferred)

BI, DWH,SQL (working knowledge of a telecom operator will be an advantage)

Business / Data Analytics experience

Proven track record of similar roles
