We are urgently hiring for Assistant Manager – Corporate Compliance for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and submission of statutory filings to regulatory authorities, including stock exchanges and corporate regulators.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable laws, corporate policies, and governance standards.
- Manage routine secretarial functions and administrative tasks for a regulated or publicly listed organization.
- Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including shareholders, registrars, auditors, and partner organizations.
- Draft and prepare official letters, notices, and other corporate communications.
- Assist in reviewing and checking contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct research on legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Education: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate, legal, or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research abilities.
- Proficient in handling contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation.
