Profile: Assistant Manager-Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients, brands, and organizations for travel partnerships.
  • Handle MICE bookings including group travel, corporate events, and incentive trips.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
  • Prepare customized travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans and events.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of travel trends, destinations, and competitive pricing.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of client queries.
  • Build and maintain a robust database of potential and existing corporate clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate travel sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network and client base within corporate and brand sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to handle multiple client requirements efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
