Elcom Digital is a technology-driven solutions provider, empowering enterprises and mid-market organizations with SaaS, CRM, and Cloud solutions. As part of our growth initiative, we are expanding our Mid-Market Sales Team and are looking for a motivated and high-performing Business Development Specialist/ Manager to drive direct customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic relationships in the mid-market segment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales for SaaS, CRM, and Cloud products in the Mid-Market segment.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and understand customer business needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Product Teams to craft customized solutions that address customer challenges.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets through proactive market engagement.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline, sales forecast, and CRM entries for accurate reporting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to mid-market customers.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and long-term satisfaction of acquired clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales of SaaS, CRM, or Cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of solution-selling and mid-market buying processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in direct sales (not only channel) preferred.
  • Result-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently.
  • Graduate in Business/Technology; MBA preferred.
  • Age: 25 – 35 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
