Assistant Manager Corporate Sales

Tick Industries (Pvt) Ltd is hiring Assistant Manager Corporate Sales.

JOB PURPOSE

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, including re-engaging inactive customers, identify new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, achieve revenue targets, and expand market presence through client visits and digital engagement. (Retention)

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Relationship: Establish strong relationships with corporate clients by promoting company’s stationery products through digital platforms, random visits and networking activities to ensure brand visibility and improved market share.

 Extensive experience in identifying, attracting, and successfully closing new customers, especially in manufacturing and distribution organizations.

 Drive the maximum possible volume of cold calls to generate new sales opportunities.

2. Sales Opportunity: Identify and develop new business opportunities to broaden the customer portfolio and maintain a continuous stream of potential revenue.

3. Contract Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and close profitable deals to secure contracts that meet profit margins and contribute to business growth.

4. Revenue Target: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning strategic execution, and consistent follow-up.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborates with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery and accurate fulfilment of client requirements, reducing complaints and returns.

6. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to management to support data-driven decision-making and improved sales strategies.

7. Team Management: Supervise and mentor the sales team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews to ensure team members meet their sales targets and follow company standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and sales from reputed university
  • Extensive experience in identifying, attracting, and successfully closing new customers, especially in manufacturing and distribution organizations.
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience preferably in sales, marketing and customer service
  • Must have own conveyance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
