Dynamic Equipment & Control is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to join our sister concern, Dysin Automobiles Limited, at our Regional Office in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the corporate and fleet sales function for commercial vehicles, taking full ownership of sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
• Develop and implement corporate sales strategies aligned with the business unit’s and company’s growth objectives.
• Build, nurture, and expand strategic relationships with large corporate clients, fleet operators, logistics companies, and institutional customers.
• Negotiate high-value contracts, long-term agreements, and fleet deals, ensuring pricing discipline and margin protection.
• Drive business growth through tenders, RFQs, and institutional sales opportunities, including government and large enterprise accounts.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the corporate sales team, fostering capability development and high performance.

Experience Required:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in corporate sales within the automobile industry, preferably commercial vehicles.

Qualification:

• Minimum BBA/MBA/MS degree.
