Job Summary:
The role will be responsible for evaluating new land proposals across multiple asset classes, i.e. Residential, Commercial & Warehousing, building robust financial models, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. The incumbent will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor ongoing project cash flows, and track industry trends to strengthen the company’s growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate feasibility of new land proposals across Residential, Commercial, and Warehousing, ensuring compliance with DCPR 2034 and UDCPR 2020.

Build detailed financial models (RERA-compliant) covering area statements, FSI purchase schedules, cash flows, capital structure, profitability, IRR/NPV analysis, and JV partner payouts.

Monitor and update project cash flows periodically to assess requirements, profitability, and business impact.

Collaborate with Business Development, Liaison, Legal, Sales, and other teams for project evaluation, deal structuring, and implementation.

Conduct real estate market research, track competition, and prepare transaction documents, presentations, and strategic reports to support decision-making.

Desired Work Experience and Qualification:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, feasibility studies, and deal structuring (DM, JV, JDA, outright).

Exposure to real estate regulations (DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020) and RERA compliance.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
