Assistant Manager Costing & Budgeting

We are hiring Assistant Manager Costing & Budgeting for our Denim Garment Division to manage accurate product costing, budgeting, and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, review, and monitor garment costing sheets (pre-costing & post-costing) across all production processes (cutting, stitching, washing, finishing).

· Prepare and analyze product costing, fabric consumption, trims, labor, and overheads for accurate price estimations.

· Support budgeting activities, including annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

· Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, and Finance teams to validate costing inputs and ensure alignment with operational data.

· Monitor and track actual vs. budgeted costs, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective measures.

· Generate and present detailed costing, budgeting, and profitability reports for management decision-making.

· Ensure accurate and timely costing data is updated in SAP/ERP systems.

· Assist in identifying process improvements to strengthen cost control and efficiency.

Requirements:

· CA Inter / ACCA / CMA or equivalent qualification.

· 4–6 years of experience in costing, budgeting, or finance control within the denim garment/textile industry.

· Strong knowledge of garment costing (fabric, trims, washing, and overheads).

· Proficiency in SAP (Costing & Inventory modules) and MS Excel (advanced).

· Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
