What you’ll Do

In this role, you will develop and deliver impactful creative solutions across print, digital, and experiential platforms to support corporate communications, sustainability initiatives, and employer branding. You will translate key messages into compelling, brand-aligned visuals that enhance communication effectiveness and strengthen brand consistency.

You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and production partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns, activations, collateral, and branded materials.

Your work will play a key role in elevating visual storytelling across all internal and external communications.


You are Good at

  • Developing and executing creative concepts across print, digital, and multimedia platforms
  • Translating complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs
  • Maintaining strong brand consistency and alignment across all communication touchpoints
  • Managing agencies, vendors, and production partners to deliver quality outputs on time
  • Providing creative direction for photography, videography, and multimedia content
  • Staying updated on design, digital, and production trends to enhance creative output


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a creative, design, or production role (agency or corporate environment)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), MS Office (PowerPoint), and AI/cloud-based graphic design platforms, design tools (Canva)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability across print, digital, and multimedia platforms
  • Understanding of production processes, including printing, fabrication, branded merchandise, and activations
  • Experience working with printers, activation agencies, and production partners
  • Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
