Assistant Manager- Delivery Drivers

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to assist a FedEx Ground contractor

Compensation:

• Base salary: $62,400/year plus Performance Bonus

Requirements:

• FedEx Ground experience required
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Role Highlights:

• Support managers in executing daily operational plans
• Oversee trucks, drivers, and dispatch
• Monitor safety, performance, and training systems
• Provide coaching and feedback to drivers
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and timesheets
• Deliver on route as needed

Northwest Express operates out of 3 locations: Niles, McCook, and Chicago South Loop. We are actively hiring an assistant manager for Niles and McCook. Travelling between the stations is required as needed.
