You support our team as
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives. Utilize statistical modeling, demand software (SAP IBP), and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine forecasts.
- Continuously adjust demand forecasts based on sales plan, market shifts, promotions, new product launches, and customer insights.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels by managing stock levels and reordering strategies together with Central Supply Planning. Minimize stockouts, overstocks, and obsolete inventory through effective planning.
- Act as the primary interface between the sales, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure alignment. Procure and Source local items like Pack material, Intermediates, Services, Finished Products
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Engineering Graduate preferred with Post Graduations in Supply Chain Management
- 2+ years in demand/supply planning in FMCG or B2C manufacturing
- Professional certifications in SCM or ERP tools (SAP, IBP) are a plus
