The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Denver facility serving Denver Intercontinental Airport (DIA). Core responsibilities include performance management and guest satisfaction while ensuring that the facility meets financial and operating goals.
The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Denver General Manager.
Schedule Expectations
This is an exempt, salaried position.
The typical schedule is 40 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday 12:00pm-8:00pm
Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
Essential Job Functions
Above all else, provide superior service and facilities that ensure guest satisfaction and align with Fine Airport Parking standards.
Assist the GM in selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, coaching, and disciplining all employees, supervisors, and managers within the location.
Help control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
Observe the physical condition of facilities and fleet in the location and assist the GM in making recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
Assist the GM in maintaining strict operational guidelines consistent with State, Local, and Fine Airport Parking requirements.
Work efficiently while maintaining a harmonious relationship with employees at all levels of the organization.
Successfully handling all customer service issues that may arise.
Performs additional duties as assigned by the GM.
Collaborates with the GM and Executive Team to develop growth plans for the organization.

Qualifications & Experience
Viable candidates must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of management experience in developing and leading teams in a high-volume customer-focused environment.
A proven track record of customer satisfaction and revenue growth is preferred.
Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office is required. NetPark knowledge is preferred.
The ability to establish a rapport quickly and positively is required.
Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively delegate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Thorough understanding of industry market developments.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must have excellent customer service skills.

Safety-Sensitive Requirements
Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company/insurer insurability criteria, including annual MVR review.

Physical & Environmental Demands
Prolonged standing, walking, and movement between indoor and outdoor environments.
Frequent interaction with active traffic areas, including curb and lot operations.

Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and vehicle exhaust.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
