Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Production (Switchgear)

Job Description:

Accrescent is looking for experienced and dynamic professionals for the roles of Assistant Manager Production / Deputy Manager Production in the switchgear industry. The ideal candidates will manage production operations, ensure timely delivery of high-quality switchgear products, and drive efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee production activities of switchgear manufacturing.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and optimize production efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor production team members, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and procurement teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Implement process improvements, cost-control measures, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Prepare production reports, KPIs, and monitor targets for timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• BE/BSc in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.
• 7–12 years of experience in switchgear industry, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong understanding of switchgear production processes, testing, and quality assurance.
• Leadership skills with experience managing teams and production workflows.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, production planning, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs2.00 per month
