Assistant Manager - Design

Prepare HVAC system designs including load calculations, equipment sizing, ducting, and piping layouts. Develop HVAC drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD. Perform heat load calculations using software such as HAP. Select HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, exhaust systems, and accessories. Ensure designs comply with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, ISO, and ADNOC authority standards. Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and architectural teams to ensure clash-free designs. Review project specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals. Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning stages. Attend design review meetings, client meetings, and coordination meetings. Prepare design reports, calculations, and value engineering proposals. Support project handover documentation including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
