Designation: Sr. Engineer Design / Asst. Manager Design

Education: B. Tech / B.E.(Mechanical/Production)

Experience: 5+ years / 10 + years

Job Description: •

Knowledge of mechanical structural design & related manufacturing processes

• Hands on experience with creating new concept design using 3D CAD Solid Edge software.

• Ability to handle the complete project in 3D CAD modelling environments, hands on the large assembly

• Bill of material and Revision management of design/manufacturing drawings

• Knowledge of ECN/ECR process & drawing release in PLM (Teamcenter) Software.

• Ability to create design documentation & calculations.

• Basic Knowledge of Engineering Material Selection & Load Calculation.

• Basic Knowledge of Bought out components like Vacuum Pump, Blower, Jetting High Pressure Pump etc.

• Basic Knowledge of Drive System Design & Calculation of Propeller Shaft, PTO & Pulley.

• Basic Knowledge of Vehicle Hydraulic System, Electrical & Pneumatic Systems.

• Having design background, in the below fields is desirable

a) Suction Excavator, Vacuum Trucks, Fire/foam trucks

b) Liquid waste management products

c) Truck superstructures like load bodies, tippers etc.

d) Heavy machinery & Construction Equipment’s.

• Software Knowledge required: CAD Solid Edge, PLM - Teamcenter, ERP Oracle NetSuite.
