Position Summary:

To strategize, develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads/sales aligned with Glow brand business objectives.

Principal Accountabilities

o Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.

o Define KPIs and ROI for digital marketing activities.

o Budget planning and allocation for digital initiatives.

o Manage paid and other digital campaigns.

o Handle communication through different channels (i.e. Social, Email, Whatsapp etc..)

o Optimize cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.

o Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.

o Improve website ranking and domain authority.

o Manage keyword strategy and back linking.

o Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical SEO best practices for both On-page and Off-page.

o In coordination with Brand marketing/eCommerce Head, create content strategy for offline, online and social media promotions.

o Coordinate content calendar, creatives, and community engagement with marketing team.

o Ensure brand tone, messaging, and design consistency.

o Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and funnel optimization.

o Coordinate with technical team for UI/UX improvements.

o Design and implement email campaigns for promotions, retention, and reactivation.

o Work with the sales/CRM team to nurture leads through drip campaigns.

o Track digital metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Hub Spot, etc.

o Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards and insights for leadership.

o Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

o Manage internal digital marketing team and external agencies.

o Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product, Creative, Technical etc.)

o Collaborate with influencers to promote campaigns

o Conduct A/B Testing

o Use Comparative analysis to examine the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategies and implement any gaps periodically.

Key Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Analytics tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
