Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead performance-driven campaigns, oversee brand positioning, and maximize online visibility for our real estate projects. The role requires strong expertise in digital strategy, paid ads, SEO, and social media to generate qualified leads and enhance sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other ad platforms.
- Manage paid media budgets and optimize for ROI.
- Oversee content strategy and creative execution across digital channels.
- Coordinate with sales team to align campaigns with real estate projects.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing KPIs weekly/monthly.
- Supervise and guide digital marketing executives & vendors.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve ≥ 1,000 qualified leads per month.
- Cost per lead (CPL) ≤ PKR 1,000.
- Website traffic growth ≥ 30% quarterly.
- Campaign ROI ≥ 150%.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience (real estate preferred).
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Location: Head Office, Plot# 55-A, SMCHS, Karachi
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
