Assistant Manager – Donor Relations & Operations Support

Position Summary
The Assistant Manager shall provide executive support to leadership while assisting in operational coordination between the Foundation office and school campuses, ensuring administrative efficiency and smooth execution of institutional activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Assistance to the Chairman

  • Provide day-to-day executive support to the Chairman including scheduling, follow-ups, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in implementation of priorities, directives, and strategic initiatives issued by the Chairman.
  • Prepare summaries, notes, reminders, and required documentation.

2. School Operations Support

  • Coordinate between the Foundation's head office and school campus for smooth communication and operational alignment.
  • Issue advisories, circulars, and administrative notices where required.
  • Maintain institutional records and operational documentation.
  • Assist in overseeing implementation of the school management system.
  • Coordinate donor visits to campus and ensure proper arrangements and execution.
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks assigned by management.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
