Assistant Manager, E-Commerce (Dubai)
Job Description / Responsibility

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.

Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock levels.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s website and online marketplace stores.

Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.

Identify opportunities for increasing sales and improving conversion rates.

Manage product visibility and keyword optimization.

Support social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations to drive traffic.

Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Monitor product reviews and ratings to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns and compliance.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely uploads of new SKUs or collections.
Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
Experience Requirements
Additional Requirements

E-commerce Platforms: Experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email campaigns.

Data Analysis: Ability to use tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Power BI to track sales and website performance.

Product Management: Listing, pricing, updating product details, and managing inventory.

Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
