Assistant Manager (EIA Division)

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate shall be passionate about environmental conservation and sustainability, with a strong understanding of environmental regulations and policies.

Experience: 0-3 Years

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to obtain technical inputs and provide project updates.
• Conduct site visits to assess project impact and gather relevant data.
• Prepare Environmental Clearance (EC) and Terms of Reference (TOR) applications for various sector-specific projects, preferably Mining of Minerals, Building & Construction, Townships and etc.
• Coordinate with the laboratory team to collect baseline environmental data.
• Prepare EIA/EMP reports in coordination with sector-specific EIA coordinators and Functional Area Experts covering aspects such as Air Pollution, Water Pollution, Air Quality, Ecology & Biodiversity etc.
• Prepare presentations to support the grant of EC/TOR to the projects.
• Assist the technical team in presenting cases to State Environmental Assessment Committees (SEAC), State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), and the Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change (MoEF & CC).
• Prepare half-yearly Environmental Clearances compliance reports.
• Handle any other tasks related to the preparation of EIA/EMP reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• M.Sc./ M. Tech. Environment Sciences/Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
