We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Assistant Manager / Executive Operations Support professional to work directly with our COO. This is a multifaceted role for someone who enjoys managing operations, coordinating projects, and engaging in marketing and partnership initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the COO.
- Manage day-to-day company operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and on-time project delivery.
- Coordinate internal projects and assist with team communication, accountability, and task tracking.
- Participate in marketing activities—help with content creation, campaign coordination, and media outreach.
- Assist in managing partnerships, affiliates, and vendor relations, maintaining clear follow-up and communication.
- Prepare reports, organize internal records, and support operational documentation.
- Occasionally assist in the showroom—greeting clients, providing product information, and supporting sales efforts.
- Use AI tools and software (e.g., ChatGPT, CRMs, project trackers) to improve productivity and communication.
- Anticipate the COO’s needs and act as a key connector between departments.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in administrative, managerial, or operational support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Russian preferred).
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRMs, and AI tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Experience managing small teams or coordinating complex projects.
- Reliable, professional, and discreet when handling confidential information.
- Willingness to occasionally extend hours when deadlines require.

Location: Midtown West, Manhattan, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: $65,000 annually
