Job Description URGENT HIRING!!!!! CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE EXPORTS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE MUST APPLY

Job Title: Assistant Manager Exports (Sales)

West African market experience preferred.

Experience: 7-8 years of experience similar industry

Qualification: MBA in International Business/ any graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for fulfill the sampling requirement of customer, coordination with ops team.

2. Coordinate with commercial head for export documents related to ludhaina plant.

3. Coordinate with export and ops team for order management from ludhiana plant.

4. New development related to product packing, or change in any existing packing as per customer requirements, corrdinate with desiginer, vendor and procurement team for the same.

5. Responsible for handling the end to end supply chain process for export.

6. Maintaining of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities.

7. Search for New customers in new markets.

8. Real Time update to customer as well as internal team.

9. Later on I will be start coordination with Forwarder, shipping agencies and CHA after discussion with Commercial Head.

10. Also a part of team performed in Exhibition - Booth Designing, Booth management, sampling for show casing, printed ,media for promotions.

11. Time to time visit to local vendors for queries received from customers for new developments, designing requirements & sampling requirements etc.

Must know: foreign languages

Must be Tech Savvy (expert in MS Office suit), BI tools
