§ Plan & monitor deployment of staff. (Housekeeping).

§ Effective maintenance of flooring, walls, furniture, fixture,

§ To see work carried out as per SOP’s.

§ To keep the motivational levels of team high at all times.

§ To ensure grooming & hygiene standards of HK staff.

§ Maintain duty roster.

§ Maintain inventory of linen, cleaning material and other supplies and discards.

§ Keeps record of the assets pertaining to housekeeping?

§ To ensure standards of hygiene, cleanliness & maintenance are met.

§ Ensure adherence to linen/uniform specifications.

§ To observe all rules and procedures in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety.

§ Coordinate with Nursing Superintendent and all other departments.

§ To coordinate training & meetings from HK prospective.

§ Responsible for:

Ø Customer amenities

Ø Interior decoration

Ø Laundry/Linen

Ø Pest control

Ø Waste management

Ø Customer satisfaction.
