WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER – FACTORY

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring day-to-day factory operations at the FMCG site.
  • Assisting the Factory Manager in ensuring smooth operational workflows.
  • Analyzing operational and site data to identify issues and support corrective actions.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure timely execution of plans.
  • Supervising shop-floor staff and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Supporting implementation of standard operating procedures and quality standards.
  • Assisting in basic financial tracking, including cost monitoring, expense control, and budget support.
  • Preparing operational, administrative, and performance reports for management.
  • Coordinating machine maintenance schedules in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as attendance monitoring, documentation, records management, and internal coordination.
  • Supporting inventory control and site-level resource planning.

Requirements

  • Graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing site.
  • Basic understanding of finance, costing, and expense control.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Good administrative and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work in a factory environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
