WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER – FACTORY
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring day-to-day factory operations at the FMCG site.
- Assisting the Factory Manager in ensuring smooth operational workflows.
- Analyzing operational and site data to identify issues and support corrective actions.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure timely execution of plans.
- Supervising shop-floor staff and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Supporting implementation of standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Assisting in basic financial tracking, including cost monitoring, expense control, and budget support.
- Preparing operational, administrative, and performance reports for management.
- Coordinating machine maintenance schedules in collaboration with technical teams.
- Handling administrative tasks such as attendance monitoring, documentation, records management, and internal coordination.
- Supporting inventory control and site-level resource planning.
Requirements
- Graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing site.
- Basic understanding of finance, costing, and expense control.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Good administrative and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work in a factory environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
