In this role, you will support daily store operations, develop team members, and ensure the location runs smoothly and safely. Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all areas of daily operations, including customer service, employee management, and overall store performance
• Supervise, train, and motivate employees to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Assist with scheduling, performance management, and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Ensure proper execution of daily tasks, including opening/closing procedures and shift transitions
• Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and de-escalating situations when necessary
• Ensure all employees are following procedures, including break and meal compliance
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members
• Support reporting and communication on daily store performance

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle concerns professionally
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
