ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE

Kashmir Education Foundation invites applications from qualified and experienced professional for the post of an Assistant Manager Finance for their Head Office located at 150-Peshawar Road, Westridge-1, opposite Rafay Mall, Rawalpindi.

The job position is based at Kashmir Education Foundation, Head Office Rawalpindi.

The candidate must have minimum qualification of partially qualified ACCA or CMA-Inter or CA-Inter or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years experience in a reputed organization preferably in an educational sector.

Assistant Manager Finance primarily be responsible to assist and support the Manager Finance for a diverse range of finance related tasks. The major responsibilities shall include :

· Handle day-to-day finance operations, including GL transactions, voucher processing, verification, and internal controls in ERP.

· Supervise bank reconciliations, maintain bank balances, and adjust reconciling items.

· Monitor monthly school fee collections, verify deposits, follow up on pending fees, and prepare reconciliation reports.

· Process payroll for schools and Head Office in coordination with HR.

· Maintain financial records, assist in cash flow and budget tracking, and manage the Chart of Accounts and Trial Balance.

· Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Salary package would be PKR.70,000 – 75,000

Budgeted Salary from 65k to 70k plus other benefits based on the experience and qualification.

Contract length: minimum 24 months
