Role Summary

The Assistant Manager Finance will support the Finance Manager in managing financial reporting, analysis, and costing activities. The role will closely collaborate with the Supply Chain Department to ensure accurate costing, pricing, and profitability analysis to support business decisions in a trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support costing tasks for procurement, imports, logistics, and distribution.
  • Develop and maintain cost sheets, landed cost calculations, and margin reports.
  • Assist in monitoring actual vs. budget performance and highlight variances.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audits.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to provide costing and pricing insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CMA) preferred.
  • 4–6 years’ relevant experience in trading, import/export, or supply chain finance.
  • Strong skills in costing, financial analysis, and MS Excel/ERP systems.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy.
