We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Assistant manage Finance & HR operations. The Assistant Manager will oversee talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll as well as budgets, payments and financial reporting. This is a key leadership role requiring excellent knowledge of both HR as well as Finance functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts and oversee the talent acquisition process to fill open roles
- Conduct new hire onboarding and ensure proper orientation to the company
- Oversee training, performance management and other workforce development programs
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct disciplinary procedures when needed
- Develop, recommend and implement compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure accurate processing of payroll
- Oversee the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with department heads
- Monitor spending to ensure departments operate within budget
- Spearhead monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close processes
- Review financial reporting materials and identify trends, insights and areas of opportunity
- Assess financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years experience handling both HR and Finance functions
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, accounting standards and practices
- Strategic thinker able to manage operational details and oversee teams
- Outstanding leadership, collaboration, communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
