Qualification & Experience:
- Part-qualified ICMAP / ACCA / CA (Intermediate / Finalist will be preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, and audit, preferably in a manufacturing or group environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS / IAS and applicable local corporate and tax laws.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics / similar) will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Support consolidation of group financial statements and intercompany reconciliations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare notes to accounts, schedules, and supporting documentation for management and auditors.
- Management Reporting
- Prepare variance analyses and support management dashboards for financial performance monitoring.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Support HOD and reporting manager in ad hoc analyses and reporting requirements.
- Audit & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary data and explanations.
- Ensure audit deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate and updated GL schedules and audit working papers.
- Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Assist in implementing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.
