Assistant Manager Fleet Operations (Tracking & Safety)

PARCO is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Manager Fleet Operations (Tracking & Safety) for its 100% owned subsidiary PARCO Pearl Gas (Pvt) Ltd . PPGL is the largest LPG marketing company in Pakistan having countrywide presence.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education), preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering, with up to 8 years of experience in Vehicle Monitoring Systems / Control Room Operations, preferably in Oil and Gas marketing company

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the 24/7 Vehicle Monitoring Control Room, ensuring continuous fleet monitoring and compliance with PPGL and regulatory standards.
• Monitor driver behavior as per OGRA and PPGL SOPs, identify unsafe practices, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Oversee routes of Primary, Bulk, and Secondary fleets to ensure strict adherence to journey plans.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports (owned and contractor fleets).
• Manage VTS and MDVR systems, ensuring reliability, maintenance, and timely troubleshooting.
• Monitor service provider performance, ensuring contractual compliance and timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate fleet monitoring records for audits, compliance reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Manage service contracts, renewals, and payments to ensure seamless monitoring support.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Plant Operations, HSE, IT) and external parties (Transporters, Tracking Companies, NH&MP) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Drive proactive safety oversight through real-time monitoring and effective emergency response management.
• Communicate effectively during emergencies or abnormal situations, and assist in post-accident/incident investigations.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support operational needs
