Assistant Manager Food & Beverage

• Assist in managing the daily operations of street food and fast-food outlets in mall.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Oversee food preparation, portion control, and presentation to maintain brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination for cost control.
• Supervise and train kitchen and service staff to improve efficiency and customer service.
• Implement sales strategies and promotions to enhance revenue and customer engagement.
• Must have SAP Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

• Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:
