- Assist in managing the daily operations of street food and fast-food outlets in mall.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Oversee food preparation, portion control, and presentation to maintain brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination for cost control.
- Supervise and train kitchen and service staff to improve efficiency and customer service.
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to enhance revenue and customer engagement.
- Must have SAP Experience
