To assist the Events / Banquets Manager in managing the assigned functions as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the department's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, and contributing to the financial success of the Events / Banquets operations.
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Event Management. Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Banquet Manager or Banquet Team Leader / Captain in a hotel or event venue with high service standards.
