Assistant Manager Food & Beverage (Fast Food)

• Oversee daily F&B operations (Street Food & Fast Food outlets)-
• Manage food quality, hygiene, and service standards-
• Control food cost, wastage, and ensure proper BOM (Bill of Materials
• Supervise kitchen and service staff scheduling and performance-
• Ensure SOP compliance and smooth shift operations
• Handle vendor coordination and inventory management
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally
• Achieve sales and profitability targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Street Food / Fast Food operations3
• Must have hands-on street food concept experience
