- Supervise kitchen and service staff scheduling and performance-
- Ensure SOP compliance and smooth shift operations
- Handle vendor coordination and inventory management
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally
- Achieve sales and profitability targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Street Food / Fast Food operations3
- Must have hands-on street food concept experience
