We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our operations team at Khazanay. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing fulfillment, logistics, and inventory operations in a reputable organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations including pick, pack, and dispatch processes
- Manage warehouse inventory with accuracy and control stock levels using industry standards
- Coordinate with logistics partners and 3PLs to ensure on-time deliveries- Optimize space utilization, workflow, and efficiency across warehouse operations
- Develop and implement SOPs for fulfillment, packaging, and dispatch quality control- Analyze operational data and create actionable reports for management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fulfillment, inventory, or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and 3PL best practices
- Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and order fulfillment software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
