Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer and Visual Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and content acrossvarious platforms, ensuring our brand’s visualidentity is maintained and enhanced. Your KRAs will include -

• Design and produce engaging visual content for the website, social media, print,and other digitalplatforms, aligned with the brand persona and following industry best practices
• Create illustrations, infographics, brochures, ad creatives, GIFsand other assetsto support content and marketing initiatives
• Integrate UI/UXprinciples in designsfor the website
• Benchmark withinternational and top Indian institutions to craft andexecute visual strategies
• Maintain brand consistency across all visualassets
• Stay updated with design trendsto keep the company’s visuals fresh and innovative

Qualifications, Experience and Competency requirements

MANDATORY

• 2+ years of experience in graphic designing, preferably in theeducation/ed-tech sector
• Proficient in AdobeCreative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly, Lightroom) and otherdesign tools
• Creative thinker, articulate with highattention to details and aesthetics
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
• Proficiency in English, bothwritten and verbal
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Ability to work independently and as partof a team

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience withvideo editing and animation tools
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design
• Familiarity withsocial media and display ad best practices
