ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Understanding the BQR (Brief Qualification Report) from client or servicing team.

· Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

· Conceptualize and develop creative design concepts, layouts, and artwork for various event materials, including but not limited to signage, banners, stage backdrops, invitations, brochures, and digital assets.

· Produce high-quality 2D graphics that align with the client's brand identity and messaging.

· Translate creative briefs and ideas into visually engaging designs that captivate audiences and enhance the overall event experience.

· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to continually elevate the quality and innovation of our work.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
