Assistant Manager – Hard Services -Maintenance
Location: Bahrain
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Hard Services to oversee and manage technical maintenance operations across facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hard service operations and maintenance activities
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed
- Monitor service quality, safety standards, and compliance
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
- Support the Facility Manager in budgeting and cost control
- Handle client coordination and technical issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in facility management / hard services
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Experience in commercial or residential facility management preferred
