Assistant Manager – Hard Services -Maintenance

Location: Bahrain

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Hard Services to oversee and manage technical maintenance operations across facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hard service operations and maintenance activities
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed
• Monitor service quality, safety standards, and compliance
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
• Support the Facility Manager in budgeting and cost control
• Handle client coordination and technical issue resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5–8 years of experience in facility management / hard services
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Experience in commercial or residential facility management preferred

Salary

• 550 to 600 BD
