- Develop and implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals, such as nurses, doctors, lab technicians, and administrative staff.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and career events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the selection process.
- Ensure that all recruitment and hiring practices comply with relevant healthcare regulations, licensing, and certification requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, to optimize the hiring process.
- Promote the hospital's reputation and culture to attract and engage potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 4–5 years in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare roles, industry trends, and staffing challenges.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Required Skills:
- Sourcing Techniques: Mastery of sourcing methods, including Boolean search and use of online platforms.
- Interviewing: Competence in conducting structured interviews and assessing candidates effectively.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills for managing job offers and salary discussions.
- Compliance: Familiarity with employment laws and healthcare industry-specific regulations.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
