Job description
Preferred Only Male Candidates
1. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships with Satellite unit employees
2. Resolving employee queries regarding attendance and time management of Satellite Unit employees
3. Analyzing and reconciling data of Satellite Unit employees
4. Daily Attendance monitoring of Satellite Unit employees
5. Weekly or Monthly attendance report generation of Satellite Unit employees
6. Onboarding and Staffs's welfare activities coordination of Satellite units
7. Ensure the statutory requirements are done within the time frame of satellite units
8. Visit satellite units as per requirement
9. Support other HR related assignments as per the requirement and instruction from reporting officer
10. Coordination of satellite unit employees' training needs
Preferred Skills & Experience
MBA / MSW / PG in HR or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in HR activities
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
