Assistant Manager HR & Admin -IND

1. Recruitment, Onboarding & Induction

• Manage recruitment for plant-level positions, ensuring timely hiring aligned with manpower planning.
• Conduct onboarding and induction programs to integrate new employees effectively into the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill requirements and source suitable candidates.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Handle employee grievances with sensitivity and fairness, ensuring timely resolution.
• Design and implement employee engagement activities to build morale and strengthen workplace culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, promoting open communication and collaboration.

3. Performance Management & Training

• Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for plant employees.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records for compliance and reporting.

4. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, Factory Act, and other labor laws.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Liaise with government authorities and external agencies to ensure compliance.

5. Plant Administration

• Oversee plant administration functions including facilities management, security, canteen operations, and employee transport.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
• Implement welfare initiatives to support employee well-being.

6. Safety & Welfare Programs

• Coordinate safety awareness programs and compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Drive welfare initiatives such as health camps, employee assistance programs, and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with safety committees to ensure a secure working environment.

7. HR Reporting & MIS

• Prepare HR reports and MIS dashboards for management review.
• Track key HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, recruitment status, and training effectiveness.
• Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

8. Technology & Systems

• Utilize SAP HR modules for employee data management, payroll, and compliance tracking.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HRIS entries and reports.
• Support digital initiatives to streamline HR processes.
