Assistant Manager – HR & Admin

  • Managing complete HR & Admin functions for Diamond Factory and Corporate Office.
  • Handling 200+ employees including staff, workers, and supervisors.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and exit formalities.
  • Managing payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and HRMIS.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Handling employee grievances, discipline, and welfare activities.
  • Managing factory administration, security, housekeeping, transport, and vendors.
  • Supporting management with HR reports and workforce analytics.
