Assistant Manager – HR & Admin
- Managing complete HR & Admin functions for Diamond Factory and Corporate Office.
- Handling 200+ employees including staff, workers, and supervisors.
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and exit formalities.
- Managing payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and HRMIS.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handling employee grievances, discipline, and welfare activities.
- Managing factory administration, security, housekeeping, transport, and vendors.
- Supporting management with HR reports and workforce analytics.
