Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Bachelor in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is desirable.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation, proficiency in using spreadsheets, strong organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the CEO
  • Develop and prepare relevant policies and procedures under the direct supervision of the CEO
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Maintain Employee Time Sheet
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Perform a variety of general office support duties; maintain calendar of activities, meetings, and various events for assigned staff; process mail including receiving, sorting, timestamping, logging, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages; order office supplies.
  • Perform related duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
