We are looking for an experienced HR–IR professional to manage contract labour, statutory compliance, and shop-floor discipline at our manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract labour workforce including allocation, deployment, manpower planning & shift scheduling.
- Maintain attendance, muster rolls, overtime records, and all statutory registers as per CLRA, Factories Act & Minimum Wages Act.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, LWF and other labour regulations
- Coordinate with contractors for manpower supply, wage sheets, statutory documents & compliance submissions.
- Handle labour grievances, provide counselling, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Liaison with Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate and support labour inspections & statutory audits.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee documentation for workmen/contract labour.
- Support shop-floor communication and assist departments with daily HR-related issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly manpower and IR reports.
- Maintain HRMIS data, ISO documentation, and L&D (training) attendance.
- Manage hygiene activities, statutory & employee welfare committees.
- Conduct regular workplace rounds to monitor safety, discipline, hygiene, and workforce behaviour.
Qualifications
- MSW / MBA HR / MHRM / MLW
- 10+ years experience in Industrial Relations (manufacturing preferred)
- Good knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
- Hindi Speaking – Mandatory
- Ability to manage workforce on the shop floor
