Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized AM- HR to manage and improve our daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including screening, interviews, offer letters, and employment contracts.
- Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage attendance, leaves, confirmations, transfers, increments, and employee exits.
- Support performance management processes such as KPIs, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and manage employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
- Assist in training and development initiatives.
- Oversee exit processes, including resignations, clearances, and final settlements.
- Contribute to HR policy drafting, review, and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or MBA.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a core HR role.
- Experience in HR policy development is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
