Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team. The HR role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.

· Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide support to managers in employee evaluations.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.

· Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.

· Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Master’s degree in HR Business Administration or related field.

Skills Required

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).

· Proven experience in HR roles (1–3 years).

· Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

· Honest, pious, and capable candidates will be preferred
