Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and welfare activities.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and implement retention strategies.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, attendance & leave management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws).
- Draft, review, and update HR policies as per industry standards.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance evaluation processes.
- Support training and development needs assessment and execution.
- Monitor probation evaluations, confirmations, and promotions.
5. Hospital-Specific HR Functions
- Coordinate manpower planning for 24/7 hospital operations.
- Ensure staffing levels meet NABH accreditation standards.
- Manage contract staff, nursing staff rotation, and emergency manpower support.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices in healthcare/hospital industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare industry.
- Exposure to NABH accreditation processes will be an added advantage.
