Job Description (Female Only)
- Assist in day-to-day HR and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Monitor and coordinate internal processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle travel coordination, scheduling, vendor management, and office logistics.
- Maintain and track operational checklists and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Prepare, update, and manage MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Analyze data and share performance summaries with relevant departments.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in generating operational and HR-related reports.
- Assist in data entry and database management.
- Support in recruitment coordination – posting jobs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and other HR operational tasks.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong command over MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.) and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills – written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
