Job Description (Female Only)

  • Assist in day-to-day HR and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Monitor and coordinate internal processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle travel coordination, scheduling, vendor management, and office logistics.
  • Maintain and track operational checklists and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Prepare, update, and manage MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Analyze data and share performance summaries with relevant departments.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in generating operational and HR-related reports.
  • Assist in data entry and database management.
  • Support in recruitment coordination – posting jobs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Support attendance, leave tracking, and other HR operational tasks.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong command over MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.) and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
